The city is exciting, glamorous, and most importantly, full of food. The most populated hub of Oakridge, this is the area where a cat will most definitely run into the most people. There are plenty of places for a feline to run and hide when the going gets tough, although beware; other types of stray like to linger in these precious hiding spots, too, including dogs. Mice and other small rodents practically litter the back alleys and dark nook and crannies, and the sewer is home to only God knows what -- many a cat have not made it out.

Tanglewood Zoo is one of the happiest-looking places around. Its bright colors and friendly people make it a fun place to visit when you're feeling bored. The people will even feed you, if you know what you're doing. It's spacious and large, and the animals are treated fairly. Some of the staff members, though, do not tolerate stray cats wandering around. So be careful, and keep close to the shadows, or wait until closing time and sneak in. Chances are, there will still be some food laying around.

Crystalline Heights Neighborhood & Community (CHN&C) is a community of houses for the more rich, uppity folk. The people here don't seem to mind cats too much, and many have cats of their own. Food is usually always available, and CHN&C has sometimes been known as the "Lover's Lane" for cats all around. The beautiful landscaping and luscious foliage make the location a very quaint place to be, and felines from all around Oakridge come here when they just want to feel comfortable -- and full -- again.

Named after the mayor of Oakridge, Thompson's Playground is a fun place for all. Its full of swings and slides and monkey bars and whatever else you can think of. It's bright, inviting, and usually crowded during the day. But at night, it's open to anyone and anything. Climb on the monkey bars, slide on the slide, it's all okay. Try not to make too much noise, though, or the humans will come looking for you and they won't be too happy.

Greengrass used to be like a vacation spot for cats, but after the fire, it was cast off. The green grass that used to surround the small waterfall is still dead, and trees are falling like rain. A few are even falling into the water, taking away what natural beauty was left. Despite all this, it is a common hang-out place for wild animals. Even through all the destruction and desolate grays of ash, a trained eye can spot new life sprouting all over.

Once apart of the old Oakridge Station in the 1800s, the Abandoned Railroad is the perfect place to raise a family. The battered remains of a train and its few carts lay tipped a few meters to the side of the actual rails. It's obvious that there was a crash, but why they decided to leave it there no one knows. Despite the sad feeling one might get when visiting this place, it's very safe and stable, and able to harbor many families at once.
